Lunch- Mediterranean style farro bowl w/ chicken breast, cucumbers, tomatoes, feta, and low sodium black beans with a lemon juice & olive oil dressing. Vanilla protein shake with Matcha for my afternoon snack(not that I’ll need it after this!).
