wow!! i fasted for 3 days, and i'm down to 133.2lb! finally losing after maintaining 136 for so long. thank God, i was totally gonna f*cking LOSE IT if i stepped on that scale and weighed 136 AGAIN. and i weighed myself after a full stomach as well! i wanted to go for a longer fast but my little cousin is staying over so i can't really fast like how i want to. i was thinking today and tomorrow can be metabolism days, and when she leaves to go back home i'll try fasting again. so i just ate high in protein. a lot of sushi which i was regretting and i just wanted to purge it but i don't wanna expose my little cousin to my bad habits. morals triumphed mia, a shocker, i know. i'm down a BMI as well, from 24 to 23. i'm so glad about this. only 3lbs to go until i'm finally 130lb again. hope everyone had a good day.

@ObeseToBeast123 yeah she's like 10 and i'd be damned if i was the reason she gets stuck in an 8 year bulimic hellhole like i am. i was her age when i started doing this stuff, and i always try to look out for her the best way i can even though i'm disordered and stuff

Wonderful job, I'm happy for happy for you!!!!! Stress is my weight loss buddy and going on, the scales should be good to me when I get back home.... Congra's again, keep up the good work!!!!

Mostly eating skinless chicken breast and egg whites with fat free mozzarella is very high in protein and could help you loose weight while maintaining some muscle if you want that. While it’s not the healthiest option I dropped weight quick doing that and wasn’t hungry.

@theebs that's awesome, i've been trying to increase my protein intake lately, so i may try it. but how much weight are we talking? seems like "quick" weight loss is half an ounce a year to most people these days!

Well I mean mine was different because I was eating 5k calories a day for 12 weeks or so and dropped to 2800, 2400, then 1700 so in 8 weeks I lost 20 lbs. obviously you have wayyyy less to lose. I’m more thinking it sounds like in your posts you think about eating but gate adding any weight. My coach says(I’m sure I could google to actually see but idc) your body uses energy/calories to break down protein so 100 cal from protein is actually a little less. Might help you feel a little more full, feel like you’re eating something while losing weight. Just a thought. Might not work either lol I also don’t know how important keeping some muscle is to you but I think it looks good to have some tone. I could give you his info if you need someone to write up a plan. Tho it would prob be more calories than you d like. I dunno
