PinrayRN I’ve never had goat meat but it is similar to beef. I had elk steaks a long time ago that were really tender but otherwise the same texture as steak from a cow. In this case I slow cooked it in a crock pot and shredded it, and I’d say it was a very similar texture as shredded beef.
