Gained a couple of pounds these past 2 weeks but I'm determined to keep going and get to my Goal 140 😀 I have a surgery date though January 14. So that's great news to me. Want to keep the weight coming off until then. The Xmas food is kinda freaking me out. Lol anyone know someone who can sow lips shut. Ha ha ha. 😬
