Good. The fasting day of the 5:2 Challenge brought me back on track. I will make Friday my second fasting day of the week.
9:30 pm I failed my no snacking challenge today. No carb, but I had the urge to eat something (old habits die hard), so I ate a sausage patty. Not acceptable because I wasn't hungry and I'm trying to limit my calories in general. But the sausage was high fat; so I remain LCHF. Maybe I'll make tomorrow my other fasting day for this week.
I was so happy seeing the weight loss this morning. I think I sabotage myself by staying up late (altho 9:30 isn't really late, but I hadn't eaten in awhile so I needed to eat something). I should retire sooner until my urges get under control.
