I'll take any loss I can, especially after the holidays.... met with my health coach this morning and not only am I down the 1.5 lbs in the last 2 weeks, but also 2.5" in my waist and 2" in my bust!!!!
87.3 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 21.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you very much.... and believe me, I am :) I actually look forward to my weekly meetings/weigh ins now.... she's (health coach) been such a blessing these last 6 weeks, as well as my buddies on here, so much motivation/support being shown which is a HUGE help.....
