setelah stuck hanpir 2 minggu, dengan metode HIIT 2 hari langsung turun 1 kg..

15 menit aja. kombinasa sprint 12 km/jam dan jalan cepat 7 km/jam selama 15 menit non stop..lanjut dengan angkat beban.
