I know no one would believe me but my weight has not budged a lil. I have been working out but it's true it's 80 percent what you eat. I started the challenge to move a mile everyday. I kinda had a out as there was no turkey day for me this year instead I ran a race. I kinda hurt my calf muscle so I m taking any suggestions. I ran five miles at a post turkey run and afterwards i went to yoga and zumba as well today.
