I'm in Bali at the moment! I had a steak and veggies for lunch/dinner yesterday and by about 8 pm I was hungry but everything too high in carbs on room service menu, so I had a decaf coffee and went to sleep. Just woke up now and will have breakfast in the restaurant (scrambled eggs bacon and all high protein foods) and for lunch just a protein shake). It's hard not being able to eat all is like to but my goal of being under 90 kgs wont achieve itself!! You are powering along! Keep the goals small and you will get there one at a time...they add up in the end! Glad to know you are inspired 😊
