Been pretty sick this week. Came down Saturday night with a cough that developed into a fever and runny nose by Sunday night. Monday I could barely manage to get out of bed and focus on anything. Covid test negative. Had both that vaccine and there flu one so dunno what this is. I put the brakes on the dieting until I'm well enough so that's what is up with my food this week. I'm improving every day though and just have lingering malaise and chest congestion. Will be a week tomorrow night. My daughter is coming home for spring break tomorrow so I'm not sure how strict I'm going to be for the next week but if I'm feeling better I'm going to try to do some calorie deficit.
