I can see it! If you want to go private, go to settings. Followers only is an option too. Or just stay public, its a good way to 'meet' people.

If you go to setting where it says who can see this. Theres a drop down menu you can make them private if you want

I had the same and wondered if people could see my entries or not. Anyhow, love your meal photos, they are always so colourful. Eating the rainbow!! 🌈

Hello Loublou80, how are you? I noticed your beautiful meals, but if ate all of that on one sitting, I would whizz the weight up. But it's all very healthy food. I would divide the portions into 3. I am extremely unlucky in weight, have been sine I was 11 years old. The funny thing is when I had my children nearly 40 years ago, I was 7.5 stone and went up to 11.5 stone every time. Now I am a stone overweight. Very good luck with your weight loss journeys. Merry Mel 🤩

Hi guys thanks for your comments. I don’t mind everyone seeing my posts. I love to prep my meals and make them as interesting and tasty as possible. Mel, my meals are big but healthy and within my calorie allowance per day. If I didn’t have that amount I would snack on other (probably very unhealthy) cr*p 🤣
