Hi Lesa, It's quinoa. I portioned my meal then seasoned with garlic and olive oil. Hi Diana1234 Yesterday, I decided to give my gut a break from all meats, but after analyzing on my eating habits, I realized that I need to increase my protein intake. Thanks ladies.
