I feel pretty good about this. Got enough exercise, enough sleep and didn't eat too much, but it was healthy and delicious. Supper was spicy cauliflower, baked sweet potato 🥔 and salmon, leftovers are for lunch today.
81.6 kg Lost so far: 7.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
