Slowly but surely. Thanksgiving is not that far away. Makes me weary thinking about it. I'm thinking about bringing a LCHF dish that I can eat so I won't be worried about eating that many carbs but not sure what to bring.
I also forgot to bring my packed lunch to work today :( Finding something that will work with the diet will be tough.
