Ugh.. the weekends. They are so HARD for me!
I did amazing all last week but had a tattoo appointment on Saturday to continue progress on my sleeve and my diet went out the window as soon as I got home. I craved sugar and carbs and ended up eating poorly both Saturday and Sunday.
Haven't weighed my self but I can feel the bloating.

Time to get back on track for the week and hopefully I can do better this next weekend.

Raven, first thing you need to do is get rid of all those carbs and sweets that you have close by in your house, car, etc. don't make it easy for yourself to munch on them.. second thing; try a 14 day 20g carbs daily challenge..it will jump start your weight loss...once you get to your desired weight; then slowly introduce carbs back into your diet.

Weekends get me every damn time...I still haven't gotten into eating healthy on the weekend.
