been off the wagon this past week. Back on track today. Weigh in tomorrow morning. back to my exercise challenge which really isn't a challenge but will do a bit more than usual.
Must get through today one hour at a time and not jump ahead, as that takes me on the road to destruction.

Sounds like a plan. Take one hour at a time - go for a walk if you are able to. I find that small do-able goals have helped me heaps. If you start thinking about the chunk (otherwise known as getting ahead of yourself) it won't be helpful at all - small baby steps. Whatever gets you over the line ! We are right behind you!
