Light Sour Cream and Sriracha. Total calories for this dinner was 370 and the salmon was so good. Exactly what I needed. I already ordered more salmon for my next grocery run.

I prepare 'bento boxes' with oven-poached salmon, 1/4 c. brown rice, 2 serving veggies - and freeze. I eat one daily for breakfast!

I haven't seen zero net carb tortillas. Are they home made or store bought? If the latter, I'd love to know the brand name.

The zero net carb tortillas are Guerrero brand and they are only 25 calories each!

Hmm, i'll look for that brand .I hate to bring it up but.. when I try zero or very low carb stuff , mostly because they add tons of fiber, it can lead to runnin to the bathroom soon after :/
