In 10 days it will be the 1 year anniversary of the beginning of my weight loss journey. Ive had hiccups. Starts and restarts. But I AM 17 pounds lighter. A bit short of my goal of 22 for the first year but I did plateau for a good 6 months out of the year. And more importantly I did lose weight. Slow and steady wins the race. Maybe I will have to make it into a 4 or 5 year plan rather than a 3 year plan to be where I want to be. So be it! I will reflect over it again in 10 days.
