Today is the first day of my low carb diet! I had scrambled eggs with cheese and 2 pieces of bacon with coffee. NOt the healthiest breakfast but I am going to the grocery store today. I just got my child support check and I grocery shop after I get it. So today i am going to get some lower fat low carb foods. I am so excited about this diet! I am going to start b12 shots also. One of my friends is on hcg diet and she has lost a lot of weight but I just wasn't sure about it. 500 cals a day and the iffy sounding hormone shots or sublingual drops. I think I am going to stick with something that has worked for me in the past.
