My new year resolution has been held faithful to maintain a gym membership; feels good with no change in a diet proven successful last year, but, Weight moving up not down.
2024 has me up about five up and perplexed; I surmise that I need to supplement meals with a more liquid intake if muscle gain the new weight? Anyway, adipose and fat keeps on the retreat and all I desire is to lose 12 this year vs the 25 last year.
At some point, how I feel should tell where to stay on maintenance; the big sacrifice is beer; I love my beer but we had to break up ~lol~
