This is a constant battle! Every time I KINDA relax my efforts, the scale starts creeping up! Oh, and newsflash: a beer at the sports bar (mug) is NOT the equivalent of a beer.LOL Okay, that's not really funny. I've gotta remain dilligent in this battle, because it's frustrating to see the scale creep up instead of moving down. I will say, though, that the way I've been eating lately, I'm actually surprised that in the past two weeks, I'd only gained a pound. I suppose it's because even with all my bad choices, the principles of WW have been SOMEWHERE in the back of my mind, causing some restraint, and forcing me to want to move more. Yesterday started a new week, so I'm gonna go back to basics!
