Not bad! Got back down to 151. Now I believe this is my true weight since I havn't been able to get past 151 in months. Time to start cracking down.
I decided to workout with my trainer 3 times a week until vacation. Do kickboxing twice a week and the final two days, one can be a rest day the other I can do whatever activity. This past weekend I didnt go crazy with food! Friday I finished off with seafood gumbo and treated myself to a cheeseburger. I ate until I was full and did not attempt to eat the fries.
The rest of the weekend I ate decent. I em trying to enjoy food and follow the paleo guidelines as best I can. I just have to not nibble on toast at breakfast!!
I have been doing great drinking mostly tea and using coconut milk in replacement of dairy. Now to get back strict during the week.
