I am intrigued with the creative variety in my community here; it is nice to see different folks with different strokes..
Everyone is different and the shared sense of health is great where we all need mutual assistance and support
My plan is to stick with this FS app giving great credit to the guidance, choice and variety it offers…
Much as with anything, you get back what you put in, so count those calories and food groups where you can?
