1/2 cup chopped almonds,1/4 cup pecan nuts,1/3 cup pumpkin seeds,1/8 cup flax seeds. In a nonstick pan roast till slightly golden brown and seeds/nuts make a crackling sound. You can use any combination of nuts. Put nuts aside in a bowl to cool. In same non stick pan add 6 cups raw jungle oats and roast on medium heat till slightly golden brown and a slight fragrance. Cool in a large bowl. (I halved oats at a time due to large amount of oats) Then transfere the nuts into oats and mix. Add 1/3 cup dried cranberries, 1/2 cup raisins, 1/2 cup coconut flakes. Mix all ingredients together and store in an airtight container. You can also use any combination of dried fruit.
