Another 1lb off today which is great and I am really starting to feel it off my waist. I used to be able to push my stomach out and would look like I was due any moment! Now it’s more like 6 months! LOL I am staying positive about the weekend as this is often when I treat myself, but I have a plan which involves a 2 hour hike so I will be out away from food or drink.
