Day 35 and still holding at the exact same weight. It's getting frustrating. I have the good eating down. I just have been so busy with work and stressed that I have not been able to get a serious exercise routine going. I have been walking/jogging like 3 days a week but it seems that is not even close to what I need as I can't even lose a pound. I know that I have to exercise every day and when I have time I do. It's just so hard to know that after 35 days I am staying the same. I am now entering Phase 3 and I don't know that I should. Should I move forward and add more calories when I am not losing weight?

Your chart looks great, but I know exactly how you feel....it is very frustrating not to see any results for so long, but hang in there it will happen for you! I am going to start back on Phase 1 tomorrow, maybe that is what you need to do, just start over for the 9 days, then go back to Phase 3 after the 9 days....I don't have any answers because I am exactly where you are...or I should say I was, I haven't weighted in for 2 weeks due to all the stress in my life and the bad eating I have been doing, so I am just going to start over and go forward from here. Don't look back! You are doing great and I know that you can do this. Best of luck! Don't give up and keep your mind set on your goal...you are soooooooooo close!!!
