I feel so much better already. The swelling is slowly draining out of my legs and I have more energy. I actually feel like moving my body. I am going to continue to avoid refined sugars and incorporate more ginger and vinaigrettes in my meals. I made some homemade ginger salad dressing like the kind you get at Japanese restaurants. Just thew all these ingredients in a food processor.

I was good. I over did the garlic though. Next time I'll use less. I used 1/4 of that pkg. Too much 😆

I have swelling in my left food and ankle really bad. I stopped sugar, however still have. wonder what else I should do ?
