Happy 😃 happy 😃 Sunday….
Rain is finally moving on..but it’s January weather….and others besides me…miss the sun and warmer days…
Another day of walking along with upper body workout…my workouts aren’t as consistent as they once was..as domonies and other activities have took priority…which gets me out of room and socializing more…something I never was big on…my friend has helped me with that…and I appreciate that in her…but I do miss my workouts..lol…
So changing schedule around to get worjouts in when I can..and different workouts..keep body guessing…
Tomorrow…riding in zwift..looking forward to it…
Listening to Fleetwood Mac in concert as I journal…another thing my friend got me to doing..listening to music I once listened to..instead of the music of today..
My friend and I met 40 years ago…but life got in the way..we lost touch with each other..which at the time..the timing wasn’t right…in sept of last year…I was walking the halls..she was moving in..she seen me walking..made comment to daughter..said o my god…that’s Mike…it wasn’t a happy o my god…as we didn’t part on good terms…but happy to say..time heals…and 40 years seems like yesterday…
I told her I believe things happen for a reason..I always thought about her..wondered where she was..and here we are…lol…
