I'm not much help here but For me fruits and vegetables are healthy and I don't count that kind of sugar, I'm not keto only eating at an appropriate deficit for my size and lifestyle. corn syrup, white sugar and the like is what I try to stay away from.

I keep my net carbs under 100 a day due to doctor's orders. All carbs regardless of the source.

Unless you have some health reason to watch your overall carb intake, there is no scientific evidence, as far as I know, that it is beneficial to limit whole food sources like fruits and vegetables due to their natural (not added) sugar content. You just need to make sure the amounts are ok for your calorie goals and other nutritional needs.
