Down (yip-pee!) despite going to moose lodge last night and having a steak, baked potato (I indulged in about 1/2 cup of the thing) with cheese, sour-cream, butter, mushrooms, green beans (about 2/3 cup) and ice tea.
People seem so amazed at my discipline with all this, I just give them an odd look of 'what do you mean?' because it really doesn't seem that hard to me...just a matter of falling into a routine and being aware of what I'm shoveling into my food hole.
