last two days have been rough, I did however come home on Friday and go running outdoors YYYYAAAA the weather is finally getting nice. But the dreaded time of month is coming and I am getting overly moody and tired. I normally get this way but I think cause I haven't been eating right or working out as regular as I should it is 100XXXX worse then normal. Iam ready to snap at everything. OH my hope it passes soon.
Was all set to come home and run tonight but that is when I got a terrible accident to go to (iam in law enforcment) and got held over by 3 hours now all I want is a big drink and bed. Well tomorrow is another day!!
Hope everone else is doing better

I guess you are trained to know how to shake off a scary day? Your attitude seems very healthy. This next week will be a fresh start, even with the dreaded 'curse' about to begin. Good luck with everything.

Hopefully, you got a good rest last night and recharged your batteries. Today is a clean slate, and you can write on it whatever you want (provided nobody has another crash on your watch!). Have a great day and burn those caleries!
