It’s 467 calories for 62 grams of protein. That includes egg beaters, baby spinach, onions, fat free cheddar cheese, non fat cottage cheese, avocados, and an oatmilk protein shake 😁❤️

Thank you all!!! I’m really starting to love tracking my meals and making yummy food! I’m not sure if it’s keto, I just picked things that was high volume, high protein, and low calories to get my morning started. 😅

Reminding me I should eat cottage cheese more often. I love it, but never think about buying it. You're keto, I assume? I'm doing carnivore, on day 48 of 90.

Avocados, press on its crown to know if it’s ripe. Should be slightly soften. If it’s too hard, can’t eat it. Crown sinks, it’s either going bad or on its way. I would avoid.
