It’s 467 calories for 62 grams of protein. That includes egg beaters, baby spinach, onions, fat free cheddar cheese, non fat cottage cheese, avocados, and an oatmilk protein shake 😁❤️

Thank you all!!! I’m really starting to love tracking my meals and making yummy food! I’m not sure if it’s keto, I just picked things that was high volume, high protein, and low calories to get my morning started. 😅

Avocados, press on its crown to know if it’s ripe. Should be slightly soften. If it’s too hard, can’t eat it. Crown sinks, it’s either going bad or on its way. I would avoid.
