I hope all goes well for you, sierra cochran! I did exercise nearly every day. I did normal workouts during the first half and then switched to prenatal around 18-20 weeks. By the time I reached third trimester I just did the best that I could. I aimed for at least 30 minutes when possible, up to 60 if I was lucky. By the end I was mostly doing 15 minutes of stationary bike followed by a 15 minute walk. Plus 10 minutes of prenatal core daily when time permitted. I did not track my food but I did try to be mindful about nutrition. I ate very nutritious foods, but also ate unhealthy stuff in excess on top of that. I felt hungry all the time, especially during the second trimester, so eating a disciplined amount of calories was really challenging for me.
