Recovering from covid and had a binge in the last week once I got back my appetite! Now time to moderate my eating which means getting rid of all processed dead food. I am now going to religiously record what I eat which should keep me on track. I've decided to document/vlog about my weight loss journey which will help hold me accountable. I'll be doing INTEMMITTENT FASTING combined with daily exercise regimen: Walking, running, HITT. My goal is to lose 50lb. This is my'6 Month Belly Be Gone Challenge'! I'm excited and look forward to the scales moving downwards through to June 2024! :)
