I was very happy to step on the scale this morning and be down 8 lbs. I started going to the gym regularly last week. I still need to work on eating right, but I am doing much better than I have.
122.0 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 51.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.8 kg a Week
