I need to log my food more, but it is time consuming since I am trying to not eat any processed foods. Yesterday, for example was oatmeal with apples, cinnamon, and a little brown sugar. Lunch was some chicken wings made in the air fryer & a some salad. Dinner was pan seared salmon, crispy potatoes, and more salad.
Today, I fasted until lunch, and made some combination of black beans, cauliflower, mushrooms, onions and spinach, with salt and soy sauce. Oh and two chicken wings. Then I cheated and ate a pecan bar that my mom made.
I think the wife is wanting potato soup for dinner, so a little soup and salad tonight. Hopefully all the dairy won't be too much for my gut.
