So I am finally getting around to posting. At my family's New Year's Eve party I decided to fast all of the 1st, and I kept it going for about 40 hours. Then we went on vacation with the wife's family. Nothing but fast food, pizza and junk food was in sight. I managed to just eat less and say NO. This morning I weighed in under 230. I didn't get my cardio in but that was a good enough start for me.
