well I kinda blew my diet again. New lessons learned, #1 Do not clean my kids plates at the table. Put leftovers in the fridge or thaw them out. And #2 time restricted dieting is Awesome for weight loss. Going forward the plan is to be done eating by 6 pm, And take my morning shake around 9 or 10.
I had a bad night's sleep, it seemed like I was up every 2 hours. I got up about 5:40 and crawled in bed with my 3 y/o to pray for the day. At 6 I stepped on the scale and watched it go the wrong way. Then did 20 minutes on the rowing machine.
