Those are the tough ones aren't they. But there is always some way which we can proactively address them. For me a big one is prayer and just being there. It helps 💪 Thank you Unity 💖☺️

WindyD, you know, it is possible to turn anything into pain. No one stops me from looking at a field of roses and imagining only the thorns. We create our pain through our perception of life. Through the meanings we give life's situations do we create internal suffering or peace. But if this feels true, then it means we also create our joy. Acceptance of the things we can not change, as Reinhold Niebuhr once said. And a willingness to create, through our state of mind and our way of being, an inner peace that is meaningful. It is not what you do, but how you do it. It is through the way you interact with life. What type of relationship do I want with life? What do you share? 💙
