I think we are all quick to starve ourselves and cut out the food we love...we are quick to run to dieticians etc which makes us dread diets and eating and the whole process of weight loss. I think it's time we realize that we can eat whatever we want - as long as the portions are small and you remain in your calorie deficit for the day. It's easier knowing that you can have what you want but In small quantities...this leading to less binge eating... This is hard for all of us but I think if we just focus on drinking water, walking and eating in deficit then this can be an easier and happier process that leads to less failure.
