Bahan protein bebas, bombay, garlic, oregano, butter/margarin, lada, garam, susu cair. Takarannya disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan kalori masing2. Cara: tumis butter + garlic cincang + bombay + protein + garam + lada + msg, sampai matang terakhir bisa masukkan susu cair + sayuran seperti brokoli/jagung/kacang panjang. Bisa jg kasih parutan keju cheedar/moga. Angkat taburin oregano
