I'm 62 years old and 5 years ago I was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure along with an enlarged heart as a result of being diagnosed with (CHF) I was also diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease and all this was due to lack of oxygenated blood flow running throughout my body.
Way before I was diagnosed with (CHF) I used to compete in marathons triathlons cycling events and working out at the gym!
And just recently I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes.
I'm now focusing on reversing my Type 2 Diabetes that I'm making it my goal!
Given the fact that I've been diagnosed with 3 different debilitating diseases my body has to work 3 times harder than a healthy body.
4 things that have been a contributing factor in my life has been my strength training my cardio a clean diet along with getting adequate and quality sleep throughout the night and all this has been a huge asset in upgrading my life and all this has been extremely crucial in improving my CARDIOVASCULAR HEALTH GAINS!
EMPOWERING the mindset is everything along with a lifestyle change the body achieves what the mind believes.
