Anytime my routine is disrupted the weight goes up. I did get a nice hike in yesterday with my son. He thinks my weight is getting redistributed in a good way. I did notice my waist size is shrinking. Pretty soon I'll have to punch another hole in my belt or my pants will be falling down.
