I am at my mom's house because my step dad is in ICU in serious condition. Here to support her in difficult decisions that are facing her. Diet will not be my main priority, but still intend to keep a close eye on it. On a better note I attended the 18th birthday party for my nephew and had a wonderful time visiting with friends and family there. No cake or ice cream required to have a good time!
