8th week in the boot. I can walk in the boot until my next follow up end of December, I will also find out the status of my blood clot then. Bled for a month straight and then got an iud so havent had "fun" for 6 weeks now. Haven't been doing great I need to focus on less food. I know my friends will say it's going to be fine but I feel absolutely worthless and weak. I was making so much fitness progress before this happened and now I don't even want to workout. Just feeling sad for myself and defeated.
66.6 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Chris your message was so motivating, thank you!! Eat my damn Wheaties is right! Feels like Ricky Bobby...but I wanna go FAST!! GRR. Should be out of the boot around Christmas, that'd be wonderful. I got "turf toe" from the fall incident with the punching bag and they said I might have arthritis in the ball of my foot and toe after this because of cartilage deterioration. Does anyone have advice on foot pain from that? Or does it just need stretching and therapy? I'm guessing it'll take as long to bounce back as it did to get here. That's putting me at March to be back to normal. Advice is appreciated!!

OTB and Ocean girl, you are so so so right and those injuries are way more work than a stress fracture in your foot! When you enjoy the hard workouts like we all do, im sure anything out of whack is torture. I appreciate you two sending support even though I was most definitely being a whiny-butt 💪😂🥰
