I don't think this is 'pretty' but there's 3oz of turkey breast, an egg, and veggies that had to be used.

ZenusWarriorPrincess, Well, maybe congratulate me on self control if I manage to stick with that 1 cookie deal. 😅 I have some help in that they are homemade and therefore precious.

🤣 Wishing you success instead then...lol. Nice perspective about being precious because they're homemade. My perspective about anything homemade is always "I worked hard for these, so I earned a little extra. Also, who knows when I will make them again."...lol. So, you still get an A either way, if only for effort. 😂

Cauliflower rice, tried it & just can't. I do like Cauliflower mash with a dab of sour cream though.

Hey Kat! I love cauliflower rice! I've turned that into hashbrowns and a 'dough' for pizza. But I will have to try and grate it in the food processor next time cause grating a head of cauliflower by hand made me want to shoot myself in the face.

You can float chunks in water in the blender and pulse it, then drain it in a colander. Much easier, but only pulse it 2-3 times so you don’t end up with mush.

Try 3oz 99% fat free ground Turkey, 1 egg whites and some 1oz Spinach.
