I wanted something light to eat today, so put in the pan thin slices of napa cabbage, shredded turkey breast in thin stripes like the napa cabbage, a link of smoked cracked black pepper sausage, tomatoes finely chopped, and spiced with chicken bouillon, and garlic and onion powder. With a little water, the cabbage added the moisture I needed for a light soup. My fulfilling bowl of soup was 185cal, 6.5g carbs, and 20g fat. I felt like a good boy! I had more carbs during the day, but in the end, I still have 465 more calories I can eat but I think I am done!
