Pleasant surprise on the scale since I ate at the top end of my calorie range yesterday. I'm giving up Cheezits and bags of M&Ms for good. I had gotten into the habit of eating a cup or more of each of those at the same time almost daily. I allow myself up to 6 M&Ms per day when I'm at mom's.
I woke up with a lot of joint aches - left thumb, lower back, knees. I want to look into an anti-inflammatory diet.
