Ooh I just turned from red to orange on my weight timeline... that's encouraging!
Also, this Sunday I am running a 6km race. My first race ever, and I don't know if I can handle 6k quite yet, but to dare sign up in the first place is a huge step forwards for me!
I just hope I can keep the food side of things going...
