Last week started good. From Thursday everything when a little bit down. Sitting with your family around the table and trying to eat and your mother ask if you are sick. hahahahah! An with all the food that's left we didn't need to cook over the weekend. And then the Springboks won as well. but after all haven't picked up any weight and I'm happy. This week I'm back on tract.
